  Very very very poor service in general by anyone i met in that place. I definitely tell anyone i know to avoid spending a minute in this place . The owner should know it's not the 19th century, people have access to google map and they can review you. Others can read!

  UPDATE: The owner reply to my original comment. To know how disrespectfully they are just read his response! He says we are in quebec and not obliged to speak English! This is the answer from the owner!!! By the way a hotel should have a Bilangual receptionist , doesnt matter where you live. What a shame you are.

  5) worst thing worst, they charged me 15%tip in advance. When i asked why i cant add tips the waitress said it was already charged. I went inside asked another lady she was surprised saying we never do that! Showed her the bill then she was more surprised! ( probably some one was messing with me? )

  I give you one star because i have no choice. Otherwise Zero star is too much for you. I would forgive you for all of your mistakes but never forgive the 15% tip stealing from me.

  Service was very slow, it was as if they preferred that we had gone elsewhere even though the waiter could speak English as our French wasn't good. As the waiter handed me the bill he asked how we would be paying.

  It seems like there aren't enough staff to take care of customers the one who has to take care of reception also serves food therefore while doing that no one at reception, quality of food really is medium to low (I ordered seafood plate)
